TW Haulier Sdn Bhd Founded

TW Haulier Sdn Bhd (160247P), formerly known as Syarikat Pengangkutan Mutiara Maju, began its operation in 1980 as an enterprise and seven years later was incorporated as a limited liability company in March 1987.

Associate Consultant & Founding Member

Muralitharan Subramaniam

As an Associate Consultant and the founding member has been in the corporate finance and accounting field for over 15 years. He began his career as an auditor before serving in multinational companies. His vast experience in many industries has lead him to contribute to multiple corporate businesses which include manufacturing, aviation, professional services, education, retail and trading sectors.

Green technologies are always Murali’s passion. This passion led him to be a financial advisor for a renewable energy project. He had his breakthrough with the collaboration of the Forest Reserve Institute of Malaysia (FRIM) and Nottingham University to bring Korean technology in producing clean green energy to curb global warming. Furthering his passion for innovative learning, he was appointed as the consultant for setting up a foreign education centre in Iskandar Malaysia. Upon TWC being awarded as the Expatriate Support Services Consultant, he is in high gear to promote and bring FDI’s to Iskandar Malaysia where the potential of the next business hub is being planned.

With vast corporate knowledge background, he had the opportunity to work with several esteemed organizations namely, British American Insurance Brokers (Singapore), GE Ltd, Lion Group Retail Division, Sapura Holdings and Zaid Ibrahim & Co. until the establishment of TWC.

Corporate Secretarial Practitioner

Zuridah Dollah Zuridah Dollah or Zuri

Zuri, as she is commonly known is a corporate secretarial practitioner with more than 25 years of experience in the field. She started her carrier in Asas Advisory Services Sdn Bhd as an Assistant Company Secretary before being promoted to Head of the Secretarial Department. She was then appointed as the Executive Director of Zuraz Management Consultant Sdn Bhd before joining TWC Group.

Currently, Zuri is the Senior Partner of TW Boardroom Sdn Bhd, where she plays a crucial role in facilitating the corporate secretarial division. She is also the keynote speaker for the new Companies Act 2016, where she trains business managers on the latest amendments to the relevant Acts. As a corporate secretarial practitioner, she maintains a high standard of confidentiality of clients' information following the data protection act. Her job has allowed her to work with various local and foreign business players in many industries. She professionally assists the directors in administration work and maintaining records of the companies as well as providing advice on complying with the statuary regulations

Finance Director

Ertiena Elina Paharuddin

The most popular personality in the TW Group line-up. She is the Finance Director of the group. She was appointed as a board member of TW Boardroom in 2016. Elynn, as she is fondly known by all who know her, is an outstanding accountancy graduate from a Malaysian university. Being an accountant by profession Elynn is meticulous in the quality of services provided to our clients. Since joining TimurWest in 2010, she has maintained a high standard of Financial Reporting for the group.

Elynn specializes in legal accounting practices apart from the other financial reporting. This has led her to develop a legal accounting process for legal firms per the Solicitor Accounts Rule. She works closely with many government agencies such as LHDN, EPF, SOCSO and MOF to ensure statutory requirements and deadlines are met. Advising clients on tax planning is also one of her important roles. Well-equipped with knowledge on income tax requirements, she is highly sought after by clients, especially during tax calendar periods. Elynn is the must meet person if you need to sort out your financials.

Company Secretary

Sazwana Mazlan

Sazwana Mazlan has been an important member of the TimurWest Group since 2017 as Company Secretary. She graduated from University Technology Mara (UiTM) with a Bachelor of Corporate Administration degree. She began her career as Assistant Company Secretary in 2017 and obtained her Company License from Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia and is currently working as a Company Secretary under TW Boardroom Sdn Bhd where she offers her professional services to all the clients of the company.

Sazwana plays a key role in facilitating the Directors in administration work, maintaining the statutory records of the company and the clients and advising directors in complying with the requirement of the Companies Act and regulations.

Principal Consultant

Shankar Shanmugam

Has 30 years of experience in the areas of training, auditing, consultancy, policy and procedure development and deployment. He has extensive experience in Quality, Management Systems, productivity and processes. Over the years Dr Shankar has advised numerous organizations namely those involved in public services (government), healthcare, oil & gas, ports and shipping, education, manufacturing, construction and finance.

Shankar has a DBA in Quality and is also a PRINCE2® Registered Practitioner (APMG International, UK). He is also an HRD Corp (PSMB) Certified Trainer and a qualified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (IRCA, UK). He has excellent presentation and oratorical skills and has won several international debates. He is also extremely conversant in English and Bahasa Melayu.

As a consultant cum trainer, Shankar has helped many organizations achieve certification to the internationally recognized ISO standards, namely ISO 9001 QMS, ISO 14001 EMS, ISO 45001 OH&SMS, ISO 37001 ABMS, ISO 15189/ 17025 (Laboratory Standards) and others. Since 1995, Shankar has been actively involved with the Malaysian civil service and has worked closely with MAMPU and helped develop several civil service circulars.

A small sample of the organizations Shankar has assisted includes the Government of Malaysia, the Government of Mauritius, Petronas Group of Companies, EPF, LHDN, Royal Malaysian Army, Sunway Group, University Sains Malaysia, Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia, KPJ Group of hospitals, numerous government hospitals, Royal Malaysian Police and many other organizations.

He is also actively involved in helping organizations develop and implement ISO 37001, TQM, Kaizen and 5S. Many organizations also seek his advice in areas like KPI development, Leadership and Management Skills and Policy, Management Procedures and SOP development and deployment.

Lead Consultant

Suresh Kumar Krishnan

Graduated from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) with a Doctorate in Quality and Productivity Improvement (Statistics Department) in 2003. A statistician with a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from University Putra Malaysia, Dr Suresh’s Master's Degree is also in the area of Quality Management (QPI) from UKM. Dr Suresh has been actively involved in the field of continual systems improvement activities since the beginning of his tertiary education.

A strong believer who advocates the importance of quality (of life), Dr Suresh, who is a certified Lead Auditor, brings along with him a wealth of regional knowledge and experience. With his more than 18 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, he has conducted various training and workshops in systems audit, workplace and documentation/procedural improvements, ISO 9001 QMS, variation and waste control mechanisms and other practical problems solving techniques including statistical tools. Suresh has worked for clients in Malaysia, Brunei, China, Indonesia, the United Republic of Tanzania, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and South Africa.
